Privacy Policy

1. General provisions

This Privacy Policy (hereinafter — «Policy») defines the procedure for processing and protecting personal data of users of the site sledstvie.ru (hereinafter — «Site») and applies to all information that the Operator may receive about a user during the use of the Site.

The Policy is developed in accordance with the Federal Law of 27.07.2006 No. 152-FZ «On Personal Data» (hereinafter — «FZ-152»), the Federal Law of 27.07.2006 No. 149-FZ «On Information, Information Technologies and on Information Protection», and other regulatory acts of the Russian Federation.

2. What data we process

The operator processes the following categories of data:

• Data provided voluntarily by the user when applying for access to materials: name, email address, phone number.
• Technical data transmitted automatically: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referral source, Site pages, date and time of access, cookie identifiers.

The operator does not request or store bank card data. Payment details, when payment processing is connected, are handled by certified payment services on their side.

The operator does not process special categories of personal data (on race, health, religious beliefs, etc.) and does not knowingly collect data of minors.

3. Purposes of processing

• processing the application for access to materials and communicating with the user;
• providing access to paid materials and user support;
• sending service notifications (order status, payment details);
• improving the Site and analyzing traffic in anonymized form;
• complying with RF legislation requirements.

4. Legal basis and consent

Personal data processing is carried out on the basis of the user's consent, expressed when submitting a form on the Site (checking the consent box), as well as for the purpose of fulfilling a contract to which the user is a party, and in other cases provided by FZ-152.

Consent is granted for the period necessary to achieve the processing purposes and may be withdrawn by the user at any time (see section 8).

5. Data retention periods

Personal data is stored no longer than required by the processing purposes, or for the period established by RF legislation. Upon achieving the processing purposes or upon withdrawal of consent, data is deleted or anonymized, unless otherwise provided by law.

6. Transfer to third parties

The operator does not sell or transfer personal data to third parties, except in cases of:

• engaging contractors (hosting, mailings, payment and analytics services) under confidentiality agreements and exclusively for the above purposes;
• providing data upon lawful request of authorized state bodies of the Russian Federation.

Processing of personal data of Russian citizens is carried out using databases located on the territory of the Russian Federation.

7. Cookies and analytics

8. User rights

The user has the right to:

• receive information about the processing of their personal data;
• request clarification, blocking, or deletion of data if it is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or processed in violation of the law;
• withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;
• appeal the Operator's actions to Roskomnadzor or in court.

You can schedule deletion in the account dashboard; access is blocked immediately and the account can be restored within 30 days. After that, account data is removed while legally required payment records are retained in anonymized form. For other requests or withdrawal of consent, contact support@sledstvie.ru. Response time — up to 30 days.

9. Security measures

The operator takes necessary legal, organizational, and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, and distribution, including using data transmission encryption (HTTPS) and access restriction.

10. Changes to the Policy

The operator may make changes to this Policy. The current version is always available at sledstvie.ru/legal/privacy. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
