1. Terms and general provisions
These Terms of Service (hereinafter — «Terms») regulate the relationship between the Administration of the site sledstvie.ru (hereinafter — «Administration», «we») and the Internet user (hereinafter — «User», «you») regarding the use of the site and its materials.
Site — the collection of pages hosted at sledstvie.ru. Materials — detective cases, documents, texts, images, source code, and other content of the Site. Game/Case — an interactive detective scenario, access to which is provided under the terms of the Public Offer.
By using the Site, the User confirms that they have read the Terms and accept them in full. If the User disagrees, they must cease using the Site.
2. Subject of the agreement
The Administration provides the User with access to the Site and its functionality, including introductory materials and the ability to purchase access to paid detective cases. Purchase and payment terms are governed by the Public Offer.
3. Registration and data
To arrange access, the User provides accurate contact information. The User is responsible for the accuracy and relevance of the provided information. Personal data processing is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
4. User rights and obligations
The User has the right to use the Site and purchased materials exclusively for personal, non-commercial purposes.
The User undertakes to:
- not copy, reproduce, distribute, or transfer Site materials to third parties without written permission from the Administration;
- not take actions that disrupt the Site's operation (hacking, automated data collection, excessive load, etc.);
- not use the Site to distribute unlawful information;
- not transfer access to paid cases to third parties.
5. Administration rights and obligations
The Administration may change the composition and content of materials, suspend the Site for maintenance, and restrict access to Users violating the Terms. The Administration strives to ensure uninterrupted Site operation but does not guarantee absolute continuity.
6. Intellectual property
All Site materials, including case texts, documents, design, logo, and source code, are objects of intellectual property and are protected by RF legislation. Acquiring access to a case does not transfer exclusive rights — the User is granted only the right of personal use.
All characters, events, and organizations in detective cases are fictitious. Any resemblance to real persons is coincidental.
7. Limitation of liability
The Site and materials are provided «as is». The Administration is not liable for lost profits, indirect damages, or consequences of using the Site to the extent permitted by RF legislation.
The materials are for entertainment purposes and do not constitute legal, psychological, or other professional advice.
8. Procedure for changes
The Administration may change the Terms unilaterally. The new version takes effect upon publication on the Site. The current version is available at sledstvie.ru/legal/terms.
9. Final provisions
RF law applies to the Terms. Disputes are resolved through negotiation, and failing that — in accordance with RF legislation. For all questions: support@sledstvie.ru.
